If you want to keep your even more expensive car in tip top shape, I TOTALLY suggest that you get it. You are doing very important fluid changes on it.
Brake fluids, differential fluids, steering, etc...
You can probably save money on the spark plugs they probably are offering - those are iridium and can be changed at 90k.
Well, good luck in your decision - I recommend that you get most of it done. Tell me what they are quoting you.

It is crazy expensive. The 2010 Camry XLE was like less than 1/2 that price.
If you look at the list, they REALLY don't do much replacement. Spark Plugs isn't part of the list I don't think. I end up having those replace separatly.

False, Spark Plugs are recommended at 60k on this model. I did mine yesterday and was pleased I did so after looking at them.
Perhaps try to find a reputable Lexus/Japanese automotive place nearby instead that is knowledgeable in your model.

Only major service in 60k is , spark plugs and brake fluid. Oil change is every 5k and filters ( Air and Cabin) can be replaced every 10-15k. Just do the filters you're self, have the dealer do the brake fluid. Have an in depended mechanic do the plugs and the oil. By all that stuff on sewellparts.com well maybe expect the brake fluid. My 60k maintance cost me, um less then $300. The 60k service kit on sewells is $123. Motive brake bleeder was around $60 bucks. My oil was around $35, did everything myself expect the oil change and the plugs. To replace each plug it was $10 a piece and oil change was like $20 with my supplies. I just had this service done last week (orig price $500), but saved $100 since I didn't need tire rotation (stag.), cabin filter (changed myself in about 45 seconds), and engine/air filter (K&N typhoon washable filter), wiper blade inserts (just changed them last oil change).
I looked through their entire service manual (30k, 60k, 90k, 120k) and the spark plugs are "NOT" part of any service until I think the 90k or 120k. Aside from that there isn't really a whole lot that is done, BUT the service that is done is important (fluid changes), that I can't/won't do.

At 60k, instead of paying for service, I only paid them to change Spark Plug. Damn thing is expensive! It was like over $400 to change spark plugs?! Had them change oil.
I did the cabin filter and air filter myself using K&N. Top all the fluids myself.
Wonder if I should've change the brake fluid?
