Thanks everyone. I agree alittle darker would wok great. The gunmetal is very dark from the pics I've seen so maybe a custom color in between

I look at these pictures and say, how on earth can the automotive media call the GS 'boring looking' or 'plain' or even ugly. Are they blind? Have they actually seen an Infinity M in person? Or a prior gen 5 series? or an Acura RL (well, those ARE invisible, you can't see them)

I think it's still the most elegant, classic shape in the mid-size near luxury class. The new M and new E class are busy, overwrought, and fussy. The new 5 is actually very nice, finally but the prior gen was a really ungainly Bangle-mess. But, alas, we have the wrong logo on our grills. There simply is no love for the L; you must have a 3 pointed star or blue and white propeller to get any love for your car. Or 4 interlocking circles.

Tdizle- YOUR ride looks awesome! Very clean. Very Tasteful. Wheels are perfect. The photos are motivating me to paint my grill & headlight trim. Did you paint them yourself or have a body shop do it? Also, the brushed chrome sounds cool and it would be great to see some close-ups of the brushed trim (please?).
NICE WORK.

I actually like the Bangle 5 series. That car has *****. ***** enough to be different. Far from cookie cutter design school of everything looks alike crap.

One of the reasons I like the GS is its difference from others...before people started to copy it that is. Its certainly not a beautiful car but it has that unique style that sets it apart.

Thanks again everyone.
I painted it all my self. Used Plasti-Dip. It has been holding up great! Ill try to get some better pics of the brushed trim. The problem is it still looks very shiny in pics, its hard to see the "brush" in it. But you put them side by side with the stock chrome and its a huge difference.
As for the lenses, i used a sigma 35-90 for most then my 8mm Fisheye for the other.

Hey watch your mouth! LOL

If you ask me, the best car in my stable is the GS! I prefer it over the M5 and the 997!

Only drivers cars get love. Appliances don't get love. Nobody goes around saying they love their washing machine, even though I'm sure it washes their clothes very well.

I think Lexus put itself in this situation by selling cars like the ES350 and RX350. While these cars are well made and well equipped, they are dull as bricks. I'd kill myself if I had to drive one of these every day. I know because my parents used to have these cars, still have a 2009 ES350 that I drive when I visit.

That's nice and clean... I think it would look a lot cleaner just adding a simple front lip.
