Unhappy Gas Milage Dropped

I got this recall done and my gas milage drop to 19 mpg. Is this normal because some time I fill-up twice a week.

This was not the case before.

I’m very glad you mentioned this, I purchased an 08 Lexus GS 350 with 113mi, I know it’s been along time since you posted this, but I have problem now my car has a white/bluish puff smoke comes at startup when the car is warmed up only, and it disappear within 5-6 second, it doesn’t happened everytime but it does happened often, what you think this is could be ? I’m glad I found someone working at Lexus as a tech. Thanks 🙏
