What if they where molded into the bumper? I think this could be pulled off on our car. I like the concept/idea this person had. I know many have different taste/styles.

IF they were molded in they would definitely look better. i think they look weird just cuz we can all tell what they are. if they were molded in, it'd be really hard to tell they were shark fins.

This photo was taken months ago, this was the Prototype to approximate the concept/idea. R&D Prototypes are always very crude.

The finished product will come out as a molded, one piece-under tray valence with 2 fin diffuser that will wrap underneath existing lip valence extending from both exhaust cutouts. FRP material. body color keyed.
Im thinking of utiizing the original 4 under bumper clips to fasten this diffuser/valence.

This again is another R&D- the 1st INVIDIA mid pipe prototype for the 3GS platform...still pending.
Vid was taken immediately after the install, welding, adjustment...pipes are smoking since it is burning the excess exhaust bolt lubricant.
For the technically inclined; the "cheap" sound is an exhaust leak of the initial test fit.

To sum it up: R&Ds are laborious, time consuming, major PITA.
Love all comments from all....

^ I like the creativity. Cant wait to see the finished product.

Did you also paint the lower part of your bumper red? I liked how its not all black.
