Default Prestigious Society kit install

I am installing my PS Nav/Override kit on Friday. I would like to mount the switch in a way that is subtle and doesn't look out of place.

I liked this mounting position posted by another CL member for example.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...-works-20.html

Does anyone else have any good ideas on where and how to mount?

Please share what you did.

Thx.

This is where I located mine and it's just in there with pressure (nothing permanent) and is very inconspicuous. Easy to get to by either driver or passenger.

not my pic - lifted from the thread you linked to

mine is the same as twylie. i have done quite a few different locations, from under the driver side dash to inside the center console, but i don't think they are accessible enough for me

Great suggestions. Any other ideas out there that I should consider?

Are the buttons permanently lit up like that in red and green? I would find that off-putting at night. Or are they only lit up when the TV or Nav unlock mode is active?

Has anyone seen any other good low-key installs?

only lit up at start up (briefly) and then when activated.

yeah they aren't lid unless you are using them

if you want low key locations i guess inside center console is the best place already

i tried to find them on sewell, but couldn't. do you have a link or part number?

also, i agree that inside the center console would be the most low key place.

Thanks for the tips. I think I will try to do it the way shown in the original pic. If I put it inside the armrest compartment then it won't be readily accessible. Placing it next to the ECT and AVS switches is both convenient and low-key with the factory blank mount.

Does anyone know a good installer in So. Ca. as I am interested in purchasing the PS kit and the Vais aux adapter kits. Just not comfortable with the DiY skills. Also if you know what the cost would run by having an installer do it. Thanks for your replies

you can buy the PS kit directly from prestigious society. their website is:

www.prestigioussociety.com

and you can buy the vais kit from this guy i know. send email to info@prestigiousdetailing.com for a price quote (fyi not related to prestigious society). and this guy can install both the ps and vais kit too. tell him that patrick sent you.
