2007 GS 450h : G-Spider Rims or Stock 18" Rims?
I'm looking at the GS 450h at a local dealership and I have an option of the stock 18" alloys or the 18" G-Spider rims. Does anyone have specs on a comparison between the two in terms of weight and handling?
I like the look of the G-Spider but not at the expense of a lot of added weight.
Any other details would be helpful.
Thanks in advance!!!

i highly doubt weight would be an issue. i think both weigh pretty much the same. having mesh style face doesn't make the wheels heavier. i also think the wheels are of same width and offset as stock 18s? if so, then handling would be the same as well
imho look is what you should consider. if you want light weight and handling, aftermarket is the way to go
good luck

The G spider wheels are actually a tad lighter than the '07 GS standard rims, I do not have any weight info for the hybrid rims though.
G spider:
Size: 18 x 8 inches
Offset: 45 mm
Weight 27.65 lbs
Standard GS wheel:
Size: 18 x 8 inches
Offset: 45 mm
Weight 29.65 lbs
