I assume that the 60k service included oil/filter change, engine air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, brake fluid replacement, and full vehicle inspection?
Brake service was resurfacing the rotors and installing new pads?
I'd say that dealers usually charge $400 for the aforementioned 60k service and $300-$350 for the brake service, so you paid a reasonable price.

Brake fluid, I suspect, was done (but the OP forgot to mention) as Lexus dealers replace it every 30k.
ATF and differential oil is considered lifetime fill under most conditions, except when used for towing, where it needs to be replaced every 60k.
But the fluid condition needs to be checked every 15k per the manual and replaced on an "as-needed" basis.

Engine and Cabin Air filters every 30k or three years, whichever comes first, if I recall correctly.
Brake fluid every three years or 30k miles.
Coolant is every ten years or 100k.
Plugs are replaced every nine years or 90k miles.
Transmission and differential fluids are considered lifetime fill, but must be replaced at 60k if vehicle is used for towing. However, the fluid condition/level must be checked every 15k and the fluid MUST be replaced at the first sign of discoloration/contamination.

With Lexus dealers you can arrive at the expected cost of service using the following formula:
Lexus Price = Reasonable Price x 3
Lexus Price = Reasonable Price x 3

Maybe the cabin air filter is, but I'm pretty sure than engine air filter is every 30k.
The dealers may recommend every 15k, but that's a different story.
As a comparison, GM recommends every 50k miles for the engine air filter.

But if one lived in a fairly clean environment, 50k is possible. After nearly 30k, the air filter in my GM wasn't even that dirty. It could've gone a bit longer.
Also, VW recommends every 40k, and BMW only replaces theirs at every Inspection II, which is about every 60k.
A clean air filter isn't always better. Sure, air flow may be better. But filtration does improve as the filter becomes loaded with dirt. It's a matter of finding the sweet spot between filtration and air flow, as always.
