I got the car for 47K which I was told is $700 over invoice from Lexus of Bridgewater (formerly Difeo Lexus). The 18 inch G-Spider wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport A/s tires cost me another $1940 (their cost I was told).
When the car came into the dealer here in NJ they pulled the stock 17 inch rims off the car and put on the 18 inch G-Spider wheels with the Michelin tires. I got to keep the stock 17 inch wheels, They kept the Run Flats to put back in stock.
I was not going to get the ML upgrade but they had a Mercury Metallic/Black interior GS 350 AWD on it's way into port so I went for the extra cash and jumped on it.
I did the internet thing getting quotes from all the dealers in my area. I had dealers calling my house for days. I took the lowest quote I could get and took it to my local dealer in Bridgewater and they matched. I also lucked out that they had the color scheme I wanted on it's way in. These cars are in short supply and it was a real task trying to see one in the color scheme I wanted. They had plenty of IS & ES's on the lot but no GS's.
It took a few days to recover from New Car buying burnout and I'm just starting to enjoy the car !

Beautiful! Of course, I'm a little biased. btw, you are so right about the New Car Burnout. My '07 was by no means the first new car I've purchased, but for many reasons, it really was an exhausting process.

Very nice car.
However, please, for the love of all that is holy, NEVER make a web page that has music automatically start playing. That **** was incredibly loud and I am hungover right now.
But yeah,. congrats on the car!
