I went to look at the new GS the other day and i have to say that i REALLY like the car a lot. Saw it at the l.a. auto show and couldn't wait to go to the dealer to check it out. I loved the smaller interior - had a good, powerful feel to it. The only thing was, with the seat all the way down and adjusted nicely, i had only about an inch and 1/2 above my head...and im only 5'10! i sat in the back seat and had less than an inch. anyone over 6 ft tall have a problem with the head room? i guess you could lean the seat back , but some people dont like to do that... i'm still gonna buy one at the end of the year - but i was just looking for some opinions from taller drivers. i have some tall friends and there is no way they are gonna sit in that back seat!

Yeah, my friend who is 6'4 has trouble sitting in the driver's seat of the new GS. He must have the moonroof sunshade open in order to fit, but with it closed, he has to lean to the side or recline the seat more to clear. The Gen2 has alot more headroom than the Gen3.

There is little headroom in my 430, but I'm 6'4.

They are not true friends then I'm 6"5, and in sitting in front and rear, its not the biggest but IMO. not worse than the 2GS. I actually like the coupe-like feeling of the car and remember the GS is now the shortest car in its class. Trade-offs I guess, it then can go in tidier spaces.

Sick, I also love the feel of the new car. I was just telling him that it seems smaller than the old one.
