Default She killed my gs

So I was on my way to work like normal. Stopped to let one of the tractor trailers out of the shipping yard and 5 seconds later i get rammed. No skids no horn no nothing. Sent my car flying about 30 to 40 feet up onto the sidewalk. Im so depressed my gs is totaled. both rear pillars are buckled. It was a small 99 corolla wagon. people are estimating that she most likely hit me around 35 to 45 mph. Also two passengers that were riding with her fled the scene. I'm very lucky i was in a car like the gs. It felt like it cradled me. If i was in my old 240 i'd be toast most likely..

I'm sorry about your loss. If it makes u feel any better, I had a 94 LS400 and it got totaled last year by a drunk driver (no one got hurt cuz it was overnight) but I loved that thing still and I would love to drive it one more time if I could. Are you think thinking about buying another or another Lexus?

Sorry to hear about your loss. She protected you to the last mile. Another reason why Lexus is a no brainer choice.

As long as you are ok that's all that matters.

The driver was 42. I'm thinking of getting a forester or impreza wagon. I had a Ls before this gs, i may swing that way, but fuel costs kinda swing me back to 4cylinder cars. I don't think i could get another GS.. I'm sappy that way.

+1 for the V8 but he said hes not trying to spend money on gas so stay far away from Lexus for that reason only. Old lexus' are the worst on gas...
