Auto dimming mirror doesn't dim?

Auto dimming mirror doesn't dim?
My inside mirror rarely dims now, once in blue moon. And of course, the outside mirrors won't dim unless the inside one tells them to.
Any ideas what I might look for? It is powered on, (green LED on).
The sensor in front, unsure what it is for, isn't blocked by anything.

I'm having the same problem with my 430. The green light on the rear view mirror is lit up green as well. I guess I'll check to see if there is a fuse blown after work.
