Default quick wheel question from a newbie

will this be a good fit for my gs? stock height,
19x9 +24
19x8 +23
5x114.3 & 4x114.3 (dual bolt pattern)
Hub Bore - 73 mm
Rear lip - 1 inch
Front lip - 0.5 inch

This may me a dumb question but all those numbers confuse me. How do yall think they would look on my parchment crystal gs? Is $955.00 a good price? yes theyre on ebay.

Heres a quick undetailed, uneven 2 minute horrible chop Doesnt look bad, but needs to be dropped. It looked horrible at stock height.

Always get suspension before rims, unless you like driving a 4x4
