wire schematic to alternator plug and how to remove lower IM
I need to pull the engine head off my block but I'm having a problem with the lower intake manifold. I'm sure I have all the hardware off, I wanted to know are there tricks or pointers I use to make it easier? Does the line from the fuel pressure regulator have to come off? Or can I leave it attached, when everything is loose I can move it aside?
Another problem I ran into is when I was ready to pull the timing belt off, I loosened the alternator by taking to top bolt off but I forgot to unplug the wire harness. This lead to the wires coming out of the plug. Can someone please tell me how the wires go back into the pigtail plug? its a three wire plug from a 02 GS300

I gave up on the IM, I stripped 2 bolts and cant get them loose so I will be pulling the motor out soon but still need some help on the alternators 3 wire plug. I was looking at a 02 IS300 alternator just out of curiosity because we had one come in but the wires are colored differently.
The wires that goes to my alt plug are red/blk, ylw/blk and a blue/blk I think? I am at work and will take another good look at it when I get home but can someone tell me how they sit in the plug.
