Will this piece hook up to my factory unit and allow me to use it with my ipod and watch videos with my ipod? If I'm reading it right it looks like it does. Is there a better piece for changing stock navigation into a video and use with ipod? Or will this work?

Don't even waist your time the stock unit is not hd, a tube television at best, I bought a 7" hd touchscreen dvd/gps/cd/iPod/bluetooth running windows with a rear view camera going in tomorrow, their very affordable, u also have to buy the climate control unit which will run u $100-$150 about $400+ total

I have 2 gs can I take the climate control from 99 GS300 and use it on my 2003 GS 430. That climate control is the one that came with the regular radio. Wasn't sure if I could put an aftermarket deck in with the climate control there. I have pioneer deck in the GS 300. Maybe I just put that in GS430. Will the sub work with a new deck, it didn't in my gs 300.

Yea the climate control will sit right on top of your double din, it's a perfect fit, I was told all climate controls are plug and play...I bought a 98 300 climate control for my 98 400 though just to be safe with the years...

OK sounds good, now I know this has probably been asked a million times. What about the stock Lexus sun woofer will it work? When I installed mine in my 300 the shop said I had to get another sub woofer in the back. Is there a trick I can do to make the stock speaker work? Also will the navigation I have 2003 GS430 work in the 1999 GS 300? Probably not but I thought I would ask anyway.

you can make all the factory/oe audio work with an aftermarket headunit.

Yes the climate controll will work from another year or model. 1998-2005

I believe that it has been shown that you cannot use the factory amp (and thus the subwoofer) with an aftermarket head unit (deck)
