Car does not handle bumps AT ALL, what should I start with?
So my car has gotten to a point where it's honestly a pain to drive it over any less than perfect road, every imperfection in the road is given to me, even little minor cracks and such, it definately does not drive as smooth as a lexus should, and didn't use to be this rough, aside from that it drives fine and smooth, upper ball joints, lowers ball joints and inner tie rords have been replaced on the car, alignment is fine and wheels are balanced, my shocks don't appear to be leaking but struts are original to car with 200k, my car is stock btw, just would like to get it nice and smooth riding, I know it's not an LS but I have to imagine my car should be a lot smoother than it is now

The bounce test is too subtle to show a problem. The better test is you do a fast acceleration or heavy brake and if the car is squatting or dives too much. If you feel you are losing handling during that weight shift; causing you to not be happy with car during those 2 actions, then then you can benefit from new shocks.
I propose you take a look at bilstein HD shocks as a bit of a firmer replacement, and supposedly longer durability, but still OEM like

200K on original shocks? Just changing those will be a huge improvement. If you are not road-racing your car also look at a touring-oriented tire, but stay with Michelin or one of the other good brands. Also, at that mileage your bushings are getting tired. Lower control arm bushings, front stabilizer bushing can make noise and give 'clunks' through the steering wheel.
