Hello all from me and my '01 GS430
Hey guys,
So I've been using information from this site for a while, but only recently convinced myself to come out from the shadows and make a profile of my own. I love the sense of community on here, everyone is so willing to help others with mods and fixes. I plan on uploading pics of my own DIYs, to pay it forward, in the near future. If it weren't for some of the stuff I've found on here, I'd be a few thousand broker, with a much plainer car lol
But enough about me, now about my baby. She's a 2001 GS430. Grey on grey with factory 17's I think. She has HID mains, LED fog's, and clear side markers. 20% tint to PO the fuzz, and vent shades with custom chrome molding. I also followed a thread on here, I think it was for an older SC or RX, but the guide still applied to do a factory amp splice to wire in my own 3.5mm/Bluetooth controls. At near $60k brand new you would think Lexus could've included those for us, since it cost me only about $20 in parts and wires plus my time. Oh well. She is also pushing a single power class Rockford Fosgate T1-10 woofer with a matching power class RF amp, running about 500 RMS conservatively.

I have a 2000 Lexus GS300 all stock, black exterior and tan interior. Not sure really how to post on here if I have questions. Can someone please help. I want to know what other oem lexus wheels can fit on my car that are 17, 18 or 19 inches?

New Lexus Owner
Hello everyone,
Im a new owner of a 2004 Lexus GS300 with 131K miles. I found this GS300 for a good price so I could not pass it up. I have finally sold my old Chrysler LHS for something better built with better quality. I am not new to Toyota/Lexus vehicles though. I also drive a 87 Turbo Supra which is older than me and has been my first car with 157k miles. The Supra has been a amazing fun reliable weekend vehicle. We have owned many types of vehicles in our family and the Toyota's have outlasted them all. I have been searching information on here for a while but I'm glad now I can really use it. I am proud to be a member here and on the supra forums and I'm very handy and mechanical so I do all of the work on cars myself. Here are some pictures of the GS300 and some of the things I have done so far. Nice to meet all of you.

Some fixes and improvements
Here is a pictures of the headlights I started to restore. I started with the driver side high beam (you can see the difference) and did the rest. I have also sanded and painted the rear view mirror black and I have fixed the passenger rear door lock actuator and blend door actuator also both easy fixes.

Hi guys, picked up a GS last weekend. figured i'd make an introduction since I've already found myself here multiple times looking some things up.
1. White
2. Tan
3. Not sure honestly
4. not the naka, it does have a six disc changer that is coming out as soon as i hit submit reply. will be replacing with a pioneer double din, as well as adding a subwoofer to replace the factory one (sealed box in the trunk)
5. Nothing major, just some cheap looking wheels from the previous owner as well as what looks like an ebay cold air intake
6. I've never owned a toyota or lexus before, but i've wanted a GS specifically for a very long time. I decided to start looking around in case something perfect popped up, and i came across this car after browsing CL casually for about a month or two. the car is a 2 owner vehicle with all receipts, and 178k on the clock.. everything inside is immaculate, the previous owner had some of the upholstery redone (including center console) so that was a huge bonus. does not look anywhere close to a 98, except for the obvious visual styling of the cluster (imo).
7. USA baby
8. Here are some pictures hosted on imgur:
still learning a bit about this car, obviously i haven't had it very long and it was quite the impulse purchase. i have a feeling it will be getting alot more love than my other vehicles though lol

Hi guys, had my GS300 for a couple of weeks.. bought it on impulse as my car was running out of MOT (anual inspection in the UK by law, for you Americans that don't know, of your car) and was never going to get through.
Got it for a bargain £500 ($800??) 98' 300 with 105k on it. Blue with cream interior. Body work is not perfect, straight but need attention (plan to wrap it), lower it and buy some decent wheels eventually. Drives spot on really solid car so far really impressed.
Going to spend some money on it so thought it would be worth signing up see what you guys done and get your help! Hello from the south UK
