Angry 2000 Lexus GS300 Issues

Hello my 1st issues with this car is i just recently got CEL it doesn't stay on all the time. I got the code checked it says P0753 Solenoid A for the transmission. When the check engine light comes my car starts slow it bascially starts off in 3rd gear even if i manually shift it. I wanted to know if this is just dirty fluid I have to change the sensor or what. I am working with the dealer that sold me the car, they working of gettng me the solenoid but I have to take it to get it installed wanted to know if its worth it or not like how much in labor do you think it would cost. Because I have called places like JDM engine depot in NJ and they told me they sell me a used transmission complete no computer for $200 with a 30 day warranty. Also I have my abs engaging ever so gotten my mechanic says its the reluctor or tone wheel. Which I cant find the part i think its only sold with the axle because it doesnt pull a CEL it just vibrated my pedal when i brake, & my last issue is my heat just realized now that its getting cold in NJ tried to turn my head on it just blows cold air had me heater core flushed my mechanic says its my vents that the ac/heat isn't switching over I have to have the dash removed. Any advice would be welcome any local shops u can recommend I am in the union county NJ area. Because with these issues I am debating if should keep the car or not and sell it & hopefully atleast break even cause the price of the car and parts and labor done cost me $3800. thank you.

Well the shift solenoid is not a major job if you even tried to search you would have came up with a diy fix. Drop the tranny pan drop the tranny filter and there are the solinoid replace the bad 1 install a new filter and gasket add newoil and done took me 2hrs when I did mine about 1 month ago 2nd if ur steering wheel shakes only when brakes are pressed 99% of the time its warpped rottors take em off get them turned If there is enough material if not buy new 1s also replace the pads while ur at it 3rd might be a bad heater core
