Default Trying to order custom 20 inch rims with Daizen springs what offset should I have mad

I have a choice of getting some 20 inch wheels custom order. I'm running daizen springs with a 1.9 inch drop in the front and a 1.7 inch drop in the back. I am running evo rims right now. I forget the offsets of those rims, they are pretty old maybe somebody in here remembers. I'm running 19 235/35 in the front and 19 275/30 in the back without any rubbing. My question is what size rim and offset can I run with these springs without having to cut the back and do work to the fenders. They (the wheel shop) said they can make the offset in any size I chose. I would like to go 225/35 in the front with a 20x8.5 rim and 275 30 20x10 in the back, If I have to roll the fenders I can, but I don't want to go any farther than that. I read the offset page, but wanted to see what people would recommend given that I can I chose my on offset and can't return the wheels if I mess up, so I get one chance to get it right. I would like to sit flush and I'm not really into the stretch tire look because I'm a little older. Just want a clean sporty look with a nice drop and no rubbing issues. As you know already those Daizens sit pretty low already.
