Default Need some Help,sir ( 2JZ in GS300 )

first thing,I'm so sorry about my English ( very bad )

I' m Ta.. nick name
I just move from Thailand, now stay with my counsin in Michigan and always use my brother's car GS 300 year 1999 , engine : 2JZ VVTI

my problem is : 4 days ago when I drive a car in free way,, I heard some sound in my HOOD after 5-7 minutes my car was acting up engine light show , so I try to stop my car and opened the hood Dam it!!! alot of smoke and I saw every where had spalsh water ( may be water pump is blow out )
about idle pulley ( is only one pulley that have a bearing inside right? ) it's gone and belt was shred ( lacerate ) ...feel bad ...in that night...and from that night to now my Car still stop in the garage and waiting for fix it ( wait the part too )

Ok. the price for fix it including part
....idle pulley , tensioner ,water pump ,water pump pulley ,thromostat ,belt , radiator hose ,radiator = 1,089.90 $

so I need to pay for my brother'car ...about this price , What do u thinking about this price?
Is it ok for this case ?

This is my responsibility.

thank you so much for reading my trouble.

Ta,

$1089 is a good price for all the work listed.

Edit: Im not really sure why a new radiator is needed though.
