Default Rattle from rear left wheel

So I've got this light rattle sound coming from my rear left wheel when i'm on a wavy road or when I hit bumps with that wheel. Are there any common problems back there that would cause this? It almost sounds like it's the pads but I can't be sure yet.

Have you guys looked into your rear axle carrier bushing? I know mine is shot. The driver side rear first started squeaking really bad after a rain storm and now just rattles like the pads are loose in the caliper. You guys should check out that DIY post regarding this same problem. i just ordered the bushings to fix it after wasting money on some new struts which the mechanic swore was the problem

Folks above are spot on.

Rear Carrier/Knuckle Bushings. Follow the link above for all the info on the topic.

From what I gather when they start to go, they squeak. When they are totally done, you get the rattle/popcorn popping sound going over minor uneven surfaces, especially at low speed.

Luckily they are not too expensive and can be replaced in the garage in a couple hrs.
