Default Control Arm Bushing Problem

I purchased the poly bushings for front control arms from sewell, and installed them using the Daizen bushing install Thread (which instructs you to press out the old bushing AND sleeve) well the problem is i didnt realize these sewell bushing NEED the old outer sleeve. I cant re-use the sleeves that were pressed out because the machine shop already trashed them. What can i do?? Do i need to have a bushing sleeve custom fabricated to press back into the control arms?? No one sells the Daizen bushings anymore, and i guess my only other option is to buy new control arms ?? Im hoping there is a cheaper way to resolve this ugh.... Please chime in with any help Thank You

Check the SC400 forum. I recall reading about some one using a section of a pipe for the sleeve.
If you know the specs/sizes .. a machine shop can manufacture the sleeves for you. Turning them is no rocket science.

Well i got 2 trailing arms from the junkyard, took them home drilled out the old bushing and melted the remainder of it with a torch, sanded it so its nice and smooth , went to put the bushing in i bought from sewell and it fits just as loose. There is at least a 1/4" of play all the way around the poly bushing? What the hell is going on??? The metal sleeve is still in the arm all i did was take out all the rubber from the old bushing.

Which year bushings did you ordered? The bushings are different for before and after 2000. I think the part #536 is the 98-99 and #537 is 00-05 for sewell bushings.
