Anyone ever run their bluetooth mic through the factory mic?
Im wondering if its possible to figure out how to wire my pioneer nav unit's bluetooth through the factory phone mic up by the rear view mirror, anyone done this without just running the pioneer mic up to it and sticking it in there?

its right above the mount for the rear view mirror, on the headliner in between the windshield and the sunroof/reading light controls. I also have a control mounted on the steering wheel it what looks like an OEM piece as well as a dual phone jack in the center console, all of this really looks OEM and if its aftermarket they did one hell of a job.

I am 99.9% sure that is not factory. Looks like an aftermarket Bluetooth or hardwired (old-timey) phone kit mic to me. You might be able to trace the wire and find the plug and use it. The setup might still be there and just unplugged or have the fuse removed. I would start by looking behind the glove box and then under the steering wheel. Happy hunting.
