Quick question about my Q45 retros.
This is probably a really nooby question, but i'm not the best when it comes to electrical and whatnot, so yeah.
My passenger side HID bulb cuts off/on from time to time on my Q45's.. Would that be the bulb going out? I checked all the plugs and everything is on snug and tight. This just started happening this morning.
Thanks in advance..

It would be best to switch to aftermarket ballast.
When I switched out my halogen's for a set of SportDesign headlights I ran the oem ballast for a few weeks. One night the passanger side cut out, then it kept blowing the headlight fuse.
If your car was a non xenon GS then the oem ballast are pulling too much current when they are running. You can keep the oem bulbs get a d2s conversion plug and aftermarket ballast. Since I did that no problems ever since.
Light ouput was slighly lower with tha aftermarked ballast though.
