DIY Coming Soon, But First....
Hey guys
My alternator completely died on me so I bought a new alternator and decided to tackle it myself.
I got through most of the steps easy as cake, except for removing the PS (Power Steering) Pulley. I got the bolt off, but the pulley itself is on a bolt/screw thing that turns with the pulley itself, so I cannot remove the pulley! I've done extensive research on here and the only answer I could find is to hit it with a rubber mallet, but I wasn't sure I that was the way to go.
Seeing as to how there are no extensive DIYs on this subject by forum members, I've decided to make one while changing mine, yet I need to know how to get this pulley off first because the alternator gets stuck on it. (Just so I'm clear, I talking about the pulley right above the alternator).
So any help will be appreciated,
Thanks
