no need to remove the bumper.. you should be able to fry them out.. it has a tab that need to be push..

You mean the front side markers? They have two nuts that hold them down. You may have to remove some screws that hold your fender liner just enough of the to access the back of your fender? They do not pry out at least not on the 1998 I have

Not at all just pop the hood and look at it. If u can touch it all u so is turn and pull. The side markers can be reach the way sam said and also through the fog light whole. U might as well change them all so they match.

If you meant the light bulb of the side marker than its a twist off

the front bumper parking lamp thats orange?

remove fog light by unscrewing 2 screws, reach in, twist light bulb socket.

if u mean the parking bulb in the highbeam lens of the headlight, just pop open hood, and twist out. if the wiring is not long enough, u can unscrew the 1 screw and big plastic washer that holds the wiring along the curved arch of the back of the lens.
