Does the 98+ GS300 have an engine cover?

I've read here on CL that only the 2000 and up GS300's have engine covers.

Default Hmmm

Do you think that means that i could buy one for mine since the engine is the same???? And what if I have the RMM brace? Think that it would fit?

I don't think 2000+ GS300 engine covers would work on 98 and 99 GS300s. 2000+ GS300 engines have these metal things that stick upward that's growing out of the intake manifold and some other parts to hold the engine cover in place. 98 and 99s don't have those things sticking out, so you can't hold the cover in place.

What about using velcro to hold the cover on?

Hahahaha, I don't think that would work bro. Why don't we just buy a 2001 and get it done right??
