Houston, TX Members...I'm Here!
I wanted to know which membere are living or have lived in the Houston TX area. I just accepted a job with with an Petroleum Company, so I'm still getting used to the city (moved here this past Friday). Currently I'm living in the River Oaks area and wouldn't mind meeting any members. For the guys who are familiar with the city, can you recommend me any good shops to purchase rims/tires for a good price? Also great mechanic(s) who I can trust my car with that specialize on Lexus vehicles. I've noticed a Lexus/Toyota shop off Sage Rd near the Galleria that looks like they specialize in our cars.
Also if anyone is doing retrofit headlight work, I would love to get that done too. I will not do a tacky plug and play hid kit.

Welcome to Houston!
If you're looking for a car meet. Google "access zero". It's basically held in the parking lot of Planet Zero on Westheimer. It's the 3rd Saturday of every month. It's pretty organized and has some nice VIP cars out there every once in a while. I should get my car back with fresh paint next week. I plan to be out there in June.

Welcome to Houston! You're in a good part of town (it's centralized) and you'll definitely find awesome places to check out and have a feel for the city. Just be sure to know your roads! (it can be very bumpy lol)
