i need some help ive noticed my tranny slips only if my GS has been sitting for a long time but if i drive it around on and off during the day its totally fine. what could it be? stuck brakes or weak battery?

Isn't this normal behavior?
I thought I saw on here that this happens with most GS4's ?
Well mine does it when the car hasn't fully warmed up. If I don't warm it up even for 2 minutes then I pull off, it stays in 1st and the RPM's are well into the 2K's...
If I warm it up for longer than that, it shifts out of 1st a little hard. But after a few, it shifts smoothly.
Well those experiences mainly happen when outside is cold.

When the GS is cold it starts off in 2nd gear. If you put it in the manual mode when its cold it wont go lower than 3 until it warms up. You might think the tranny is slipping but it just in a higher gear and seems slugish.
