Driver side fuse panel:

The bright yellow 20A fuse indicated by the orange arrow is where the cigarette lighter fuse is located.

(And, yes, I realize that I'm supposed to put a 15A fuse there.)

I'm rehashing this thread because I'm having the same issue as a few people in here. My dash lighter socket is not working but the armrest socket is working fine. I checked the fuse (fuse #16, driver's side kick panel, 15 A) and it is not burnt out.

I know it burnt out while I had a small power inverter plugged in and my girlfriend plugged her laptop into it. So I assume it was too much power draw. However, I would have expected that to blow the fuse. Do I need to replace the lighter socket itself?

I had this issue with my GS4 when I got it. Taking out the fabric piece worked.... Pretty easy fix.

Hey guys, my first post here .
I'm facing a mystery. Between the Cig lighter and the 12V power outlet under the console armrest I can make only one of them work but not both at the same time. And that while changing the fuses, swapping them.
Any idea or has anyone experienced that yet and of course what would the solution be.

I hade similiar issue, my ash tray lighter was working but not the one in the arm rest, swapped fuses and bunch of other stuff...turns out that the wires that powers the lighter just fell off of the connectors on the lighter
