CEL came on
well, i have had my VSC and VSC OFF lights come on, but NEVER w/the CEL. the VSC and VSC OFF lights have not come back on in some time, BUT my CEL came on today 
it came on by itself and i had the codes checked and i was told the code was P0 141 and that was the code for the 2nd O2 sensor and it was before the cat underneath the car somewhere 
now what i want to know is if this is a DIY and if so, can someone (anyone) give me some help?? thanks

I have the same CEL code but I havent bothered to replace the sensor yet. HO2S Heater Circuit Malfunction, Bank 1 Sensor 2. It is the sensor after the cat on the first exhaust pipe on the header that is closest to the front bumper.

ok, so i went back to autozone and had a different guy re-run my codes b/c the light went away, but came back... P0 141 is the code and he said its the O2 sensor Bank 1 (what does that mean) Heater Malfunction and he said its the O2 sensor BEFORE THE CAT 
idk what that means... so which O2 sensor is it?? since there are either 4 or 5 on a 2000 GS300 and what is the part number if anyone knows it
