Question Cars outside temp reading stuck...

Hey guys, I've noticed today that my outside temp reading has not moved 1 degree in several hours of driving around... Currently it reads 54 deg... But outside weather is closer to 72 deg. Anyone else have a problem like this?

BTW: I have an appt on Mon to have the dealer look at it. I just don't remember seeing too many threads regarding this problem before...

must be all the electronics in your car causing this problem

Could be time to change out the outside temp sensor.

this could be the culprit...

but ken, go to the front of your car and reach your hand into the opening of your front bumper and you will feel/see the temp sensor more close to the driver side of the car...make sure nothing is covering it...might be a wet leaf from the rain? worth a shot.
