Hey shocker, how about letting up on the caps lock please?
It is a direct fit.
You need to buy a entirely new piggyback wire for the new lights that will just plug into the new light and old connector. You do not need yellow bulbs, the OEM new lights are yellow just like the old ones. The clear ones you may have seen are aftermarket by Junction Produce and you will not find those 'for cheap' anywhere.
You can look for them in the CLubLexus classifieds or go to one of our vendors like Steve Ganz / www.l-tunedparts.com. They often offer them in group buys for our members (not one going on right now however).

Here is the new style light, note the only clear part is reverse.
Comparison of old style lights to the new ones for wiring / bulb placement... the old style is the one with the wiring pigtail on it. I used the wiring on the newer ones on my JP tails.
And finally...
Right click and save as here for a DIY on replacing the tail lights.
