Very minimal rubbing, mainly cornering hard. Ive had four heavy adults in the car and its been fine. But just myself in the car, on a hard freeway exit, i hear some very minor intermittent rubbing in the rear.
Spacers are ebay specials... I think it was like 100 bucks for the set of four.
2014 GS350 FSport, RWD. The lip is an ebay special as well... it was advertised as legit, i bought it, it shipped, eBay shut down the auction and seller before it arrived, refunded my money, and i got the keep the replica lip... looks decent enough.
These pictures were taken in my driveway, at an angle. So its slightly lower in the rear than it would be on level ground. But its pretty close.
