Software versions and updates
I just bought a new 2013 GS F Sport a week ago at an amazingly low price (46.9) since it had been sitting on the lot for a nearly a year. In looking at the software versions, I'm wondering if I'm behind and if I can get upgraded or should buy an upgrade to a more current version, especially considering that I've only had the car a week.
Navigation - V6613910
Bluetooth - 21.210
Gracenote - 05052 (2012-06-1)
Are you guys on the same level? If not, what year is your GS. Seems kind of odd to buy a car with a one year old map database (assuming I bought the car on the production date), or two years old from the date I drove it off the low.
I'm not sure about the other versions, but I've noticed that the bluetooth connection with my Droid Maxx is less than idea at controlling audio apps (inconsistent really).

Well I found a conversation from December and someone had a Nav version of V6614000 which is newer than mine.
Seems like no one else has checked their recently. I'm really curious what a recently made 14 comes with.

No so people don't feel bad about how much more they paid. Do you want to find out that had to talked to another sales guy at another dealer on the perfect day of the month you could have bought your car for 5k less?

Anyway back to the subject of the thread. Does anyone know if we can get an upgrade on the bluetooth, and possibly nav firmware without paying for the maps? I ask because I've noticed my car's NAV is quite delayed in rerouting me due to traffic when compared to Google Maps, and I have issues with my bluetooth controlling audio on my phone consistently.

BTW, I bought my fully loaded '13 GS F Sport back in April 2012 when the car was scarce for $52k. (Yeah sure.)

It may be hard for you to believe, but not all of us tell everyone what we paid for everything just because we are anonymous. To me, it's nobody else's business. Also, my time is worth as much as my money, and I don't care to take days out of my schedule to negotiate a price that someone on the internet in another state said they got for their car. If I think I got a good value for what I paid I go with it. Lastly, since this is the internet and (as you say) everyone is anonymous strangers how do you know they are even telling the truth when they quote what they paid?
