Chances of you finding someone to take over your lease from CL community are near zero. You need to cast a wider net. There are several web sites specializing in helping people get in or out of leases. Just search for "lease swap"

Well, the two vehicles he mentions are completely out of the GS's comparison. The M5 will run him 100K and S6 likely 85K.

Why would anyone want to assume a lease, rather than buying or leasing a new car? Wouldn't it be cheaper to lease a similar used car?
