So I was thinking of ordering an F Sport GS350 from my local dealership and wanted to know if the Premium Package comes with the F Sport package. I have seen a few window stickers at my local dealer and do not remember seeing the premium package on the F Sport models window stickers, however it did have heated and ventilated seats when I test drove it. Also Edmunds.com states the following comes with the F Sport package;
F Sport Package:
Drive Mode Select adds Sport S+ mode; 19" x 8.0" front and 19" x 9.0" rear split-five-spoke alloy wheels with Dark Graphite finish with 235/40R19 front and 265/35R19 summer tires; F SPORT tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) with electronically controlled shock absorbers; Variable Gear-Ratio Steering (VGRS); 14.0" two-piece front brake rotors with monoblock four-block calipers; 16-way F SPORT driver's seat with power side bolsters, four-way lumbar and extendable lower cushion; Striated aluminum interior trim; Black headliner; F SPORT exterior styling including unique front bumper, upper and lower grille inserts, rear valence and rear spoiler; Premium Package with rain-sensing wipers, heated and ventilated front seats and power rear sunshade.

I just don't want to add the separate premium package and pay for it if the F Sport is going to come with it already. Anyone who has a window sticker I am curious what it says.

So the $5,690 F Sport package includes both? Or did you pay $5,690 (F Sport) + $1,400 (Premium)?

Its all included in the F-Sport package, under cold weather package that is for the east coast.
