I asked my dealer about this, and he did say that Lexus did make a change to the A/C amplifier module a while back. He wasn't sure when or how to tell which GS has the "newer" module.

Sorry to dig this old thread up, but I rather reply to a old thread than start a new one on the same issue. Did you ever find a way to program this?
