Not really an aggressive fitment but I was running 285/30/20's on 20 x 10 with an offset around +40
You can see in one of the pics where it was rubbing before I got the fenders rolled.

Seize, those 285/30's look really awesome, man!. I think that is the best look when it comes down to our cars concerning wheel and tire fitment.
I plan on running 285/35 on a 20x11 - and since my aero is kind of tall, so if I was to run stretched tires on the rear the sideskirt would hit the ground before I could lower the car enough to cover the fender well gap.
It's all about the details gentlemen. Besides, I always liked the square look of tire fitment vs stretched. i once ran 20x11 with 245/35 and if I was to go too fast over a speed bump my tires would sometimes pop.... I hated that lol.

The car was the original Lexus dark blue but was resprayed to indigo Ink Pearl 8P4, a factory Lexus/Toyota color mostly seen on the SC430 but found on some other Toyota models, too.
Thanks - it's a really nice car - we both have put quite a bit of sweat equity into it over the years. He actually replaced it with a 3IS, so the 1GS will need to find a new home soon.
Wheels are Individ "Theory" 20x9.5" front + 20x11.0" rear with 255/35-20 + 295/30-20 Toyo Proxes 4 Plus tires. Springs are Tanabe with KYB struts/shocks.

What kind of SSR's? Let's see
I've always liked your brother's car. It's one of the more tastefully modded first gens I've seen.
What kind of exhaust setup does he have, Magnaflow?

Thought you guys might like this bump..
Previous tire was a 275/40/18. New is a 285/45/18. Bigger sidewall for better handling, wider tire, fills the xxr 521 18x10 much better..
Fenders had to be rolled, and I have coil overs but it doesn't rub.

Did you guys use heat when you rolled the fenders? I tried fender rolling on a different car once and it caused the paint to chip off. The car was repainted however so it wasn't the factory paint and I'm not sure if that had a factor in it.
