I just installed a brand new walbro fuel pump(high pressure is what is said on the box which isn't as loud when the idles as I thought it would be). I installed a new external fuel filter as well..and a new battery. I just hooked the new battery up and tried to start the car..it started and then died. After it died, I heard the fuel pump prime. Started it again and it fired up with no problem. This scenario has happened twice. Any idea? It only has a little over a quarter tank of fresh gas and seafoam in the tank.
