Hey guys im trying to figure out some bushing alternatives for the 98' Gs300, wondering if you guys have any insight for:
Rear
Lower control arm bushing
Upper LCA bushing
Traction rod bushing
toe arm bushing
subframe bushings
sway bar bushing
differential bushing
would any of these bushings from the Gs300/aristo share the same bushings as MKIV supra, SC etc.?
Im looking for Polys or Hardened rubber maybe considering other alternatives if their worth their price.
As Gs300 parts or Lexus arent that common and fetch a pretty penny. the fact that i live in canada doesn't help either with our fantastic dollar lol

I have the 95 GS300 and the leather is shoddy from sitting in the sun. theres a 99 being parted out and i was wondering if the interior would fit in mine? its with the electric seats etc and Ive never taken them out before so i thought id have a crack at it.

GS300 Rear Toe links
If anyone is looking for Gs300 lateral links, or rear toe links, basically you have to go with Megan racing or the Stealer-Dealer. Well i have looked online and no aftermarket parts were available which was strange. But then i found Febest page here :
http://febestparts.com/REAR_TRACK_CO...OINT/0125-110R
Which shows that IS 300 and Gs300 rear toe rods or links are the same !!!! The price at the Lexus Dealers that sell online is 130$ and 51$ basically for the same part !!!! they should fit each other or Febest wouldn't list one part as a replacement for Lexus parts : IS300 lateral rod 4870553010 and GS300 lateral rod 4870553070 !!!!
I plan to go to the dealer parts window and get the two parts and compare on the spot , but i am sure they are just milking more money for the same part just because it is for GS300 !!!

It should fit without modifications, i had to pull my tranny out of an sc because gs are limited here in memphis, so i had to weigh out my options and use the sc tranny and the sc rear hub and bear and knuckle assembly and it works fine, just make sure you check the fluid so you want be wasting your time and for reference the as long as the transmission is a A340 is should work just fine, if my tranny goes out again imma have to get one from an ls400 or sc400

Racer
Good information there on the trans.
As far as the rest of the questions that seem to keep popping up..
- JZS161 (second gen) interiors will not swap, the front seats may be close but that is the only interior part, aside from maybe a steering wheel or light bulbs.
- JZS147 (first gen) rear suspension is very nearly identical to the jzz30 sc300 and jza80 supra. This means that the automatic differential, axles, upper control arms will be swappable. 6 speed JZA80 differential is possible with 6 speed axles to match.
- JZA80 supra rear sway bar along with the mounts and end links will work for a JZS147 or JZZ30
- JZZ30 or JZA80 rear shocks will fit the rear of a JZS147. It will lower your car though.
- JZS147 front shocks and suspension is the same as the JZS161. No your JZA80 or JZZ30 front shocks wont work.
- JZA80 and JZZ30 brake calipers and rotors will fit a JZS147, I assume the fronts will also fit the jzs161, but i am unsure on the rears.
There are multiple transmission snouts, whether it be auto or manual, along with different transmission flanges or yolks, and rear differential flanges change too. Most all of this is interchangeable, but adapters are there too (like for a rear differential).
