ARISTO vs. GS300 1st gen diff.
Swapping GS300 1st gen diff with an ARISTO JDM diff and during reassembly discovered the driveshaft pattern on the ARISTO diff doesn't match the mount points.
Anyone who has performed a direct swap should have encounter the same issue and I wanted to know if there's an alternative solution other than having to dismantle the diff and swapping parts between the ARISTO pumpkin and the GS300
Thanks in advance for your advise and/or links.

Thanks Bro, Ive been everywhere and what people have done is just internal swaps. I'm doing a complete diff swap. Apparently its a common issue and the fix is 1) do an internal swap or 2) find back half of a SUPRA drive shaft and hope you can find the correct type that will be the right length. No Matter, an SP400 tranny is going in within the next two weeks. We think we may be able to do low 10's and may even break 10s in a fully weighted GS. Stay tuned.
Here's the look I'm going for but will keep the factory siliver color. Here it is in red not sure if you've seen this shade actually looks hot/

Thanks for the link!
Two years of buying parts and here's a preview of my motor. It’s very different today with 4" down pipe and custom SPIntake manifold and the SP400 were shooting for 30+psi boost waiting for new damper/ we should be able to break 10. My buddy had a similar setup with a smaller turbo and hit 9.43 in a full weighted SC300.

have a complete JDM Aristo font half clip and rear end assembly from the sane Aristo. no short cuts anywhere :
fuel system is setup for big power . were going to use 800cc w/triple walbro pumps for now. no shot. no doubt, this car is heavy , let’s see if the TR51SPL is enough to break 10's . we can bump up to 1000cc if needed.
cam set 264. I have larger one too but holding off until we see how this runs, heads mod oversized 1mm ported bottom end is bullet proof w/LS19 studs carillos H-beam, mod sump pump, SP billet Tensioner, and 100mm throttle body. No short cuts with management systems and gauges either. AEM and complete Greddy Silver 60mm gauges. I’m fabricating the cluster today. Its going into the glove box, the ashtray and may replace the factory radio. Like the way the 74 vette cluster setup but this would require me to remove the entire center controls. Still toying around the idea. If I go with this cluster setup I’ll have a dummy cover to hide all the gauges.
I want to be able to drive in on the street once in a while so I need to be able to put a quieter exhaust system when I’m not racing. I'll be happy with 10's but I've got the bug so who knows how far we go. We'll be assembling in June. Fabricating custom 4" dp, IC piping, race exhaust system this will take time but we expect our fist run is going to be this August
As for front bumper, Ill use the factory USD front bumper that I'm modding to fit the 4row Trust IC and custom pipes for straight line racing. The body kit would be nice for shows. I'm considering the wide body kit too.

its an ARISTO DIFF complete pumpkin and a ll it has the TRD LSD.
I resolved the issue and got lucky.,
I have the ARISTO drive shaft and the rubber flange/ I disassembled the drive shaftes and swapped the back half of the USDM with the JDM and used the JDM flange. That did the trick.
If I didn't have it, it would have been a matter of swapping the pumpkim which I didn't want to do.

Its in progress.
Pic of D2 coilovers - stiffer ride, with independent suspension and the coilovers takes turns like a 911TT . lowered too and I like the stance too.
Here's a shot of interior and the templates for CNC center console and gauge cluster mount. the rest of the gauges is going in the glove box. cup holder will host boost controller

I was going to go with Tien also and I saw the D2. They were about the same price. I'm anxious to see how this car will handle on a road course. This should be ready to roll the third week of July... I'll break it in first and then take it on the track to see if we can break 10's... High probably it will do tens. Realistic rwho will be around 750-800 on 93 octanes. And a bit more on race fuel. The turbo may not or may not get past 900 hp but some supras are getting past 900 hp no shot. We'll soon find out..... Pics of the finished engine to come...
