Maintenance needs to be done on the SRS system, possibly bad sensor. The flash is usually a code which corresponds to a fix. Depending on your skills you probably want to take it to a professional.

did it do this before the alternator problem, it may just be a low voltage situation or a problem with the cluster

You Know I Actually Started Noticing It When They Serviced My Transmission Or It May Have Been When They Changed The Rack & Pinion?
