Try using some duct tape or other strong tape to pull it out. There were a few threads about this in the past.

It's covered in your factory warranty or if you have an extended warranty on the car. There's no specific warranty on the radio itself.
alright I got some 3m double sided tape laying somewhere, I tried the packaging tape and wasn't strong so I guess why not use crazy glue and see but still wasn't strong.
k I used the gorilla heavy duty double sided 30lb tape and it pulled the **** out. theres some scratches on the **** from trying to get it out the first time. any1 know can that **** be replaced?
