Default Question about lease and December to Remember

hello everyone, the December to Remember event is here and as I researched the incentives for the GS is not that great (. The cash rebate is $6500 vs $4000 from last month but the mf is jacked up from 0.00110 to 0.00190 ( it is like 1.92APR or around $60 different. There are no first month complementary either made the lease number really off.

My question is: from your shopping experiences does the deal/ lexus numbers get better toward the end of the month, year? Thank you!

when compare to the 2017 gs350 fsport, the number doesn't look good either. Only $1000 lease cash but I doubted dealer willing to negotiate on selling price; residual is only 1% higher than the 2016, mf is 0.00110.

Seriously Lexus is killing the lease deals with these number. Even the IS350 number look bad because of the residual. Please give me some advice. Thanks!

December to Remember just started? I gotta go check local deals. Been waiting for this because MF has been on the high side, residuals have been low, LFS just doesn't want to help these move. I guess LFS doesn't have much wiggle room which is why the factory was offering the dealer incentive of 10k on the GSF that got extended. Sucks to be leasing right now

yeah it started on November 1st. on their website it said this deal good until January so dont know will it change for any good on December. But with 54% residual, 0.00190, no 1st mo complimentary. This car won't be cheap to lease. Been waiting for 2 mo but this doesn't look good at all

the residual is pretty bad. When is the current promo end? Nov 30th? if so, I would wait to see Dec 1st's numbers.

I think the $6500 lease cash is only on the 2016 models.
Also, the money factor is very high compared to October.
Deals are not so good compared to 2-3 years ago.

Thats why i planned to jump ships from Lexus to Maserati it was either that or I had to extend my lease.

yup 2016 only, 2017 has $1000 and only 1% residual higher than the 2016.
I was looking into Maserati too but their maintenance cost is ridiculous, mpg is low, insurance cost is questionable... total ownership cost is a no go for me. Their 2017 ghibli residual is 49 or 50% for 36mo. The reason their price is low was bc dealer giving huge discounts. Anyway, I still prefer lexus over Maserati. Just my 2cent😅

Thanks for positing this thread...

Just curious, where within the Lexus website are you able to see the MF and residual? The website always seems so funky to navigate to me. I'm using a desktop too and not mobile.

edmunds mod is really responsive on replying. You can ask them other models too, just need to find the right thread.
Ps: different region has different number
