Exclamation Intake choices!

I Just purchased a 14 gs350 F sport. (I know this topic has been beatin into the dirt already lol) Ive gotten a couple prices for intakes already, but performance and sound wise not sure which is the best. Any suggestions and/ or comments is appreciated.

It really depends on you. I had the K&N intake and currently have the HPS Short-ram intake. K&N reduce the engine sound from my car while the HPS allows you to keep the sound generator.

However, once I installed my exhaust, I did not notice any sound difference between the two intakes.

i have the HPS, simple install, you keep the sound generator and the piping is larger so there is a feeling of better throttle response.

I just installed the takeda intake with heat shield. Sounds way better than stock and i definitely notice better throttle response at all rpms.

For sure better throttle response. Depends on which one you want. One reduce noise, the other retains the noise.

The Takeda is great! I definitely noticed a difference in the sound after I installed it. The engine has a nice throaty roar when quickly accelerating. The only downside is that your fuel economy will diminish because you'll gas it every time just to hear that lovely sound.
