I just leased on May 31 a '16 200t with a MSRP of $49,520 for $429/mo. for 36 months with 12,000 miles per year. I'm no leasing expert but I'm a pretty good negotiator so, I hope I got a good deal.
The money factor is .0010 with a 56% residual. My adjusted capitalized cost was $40,494.80. I made $4,050 in refundable security deposits. Florida dealer fees are killer. I paid a $679 dealer fee. There was $4,650 in lease cash applied to this deal. When I picked the car up on June 1st the finance manager said that the June money factor went up to .0011 but the residual remained at 56%. With tropical storm Colin coming through our area we've only put 70 miles on the car so far but we love it.
