Default Need Electrical Help Please

I'm running a Duracell 400W Power Inverter to charge my electric skateboard that needs 120W to charge. Like this:
Amazon.com: Duracell DRINV400 Black 400 Watt High Power Inverter: Automotive Amazon.com: Duracell DRINV400 Black 400 Watt High Power Inverter: Automotive

The specs on the Power Inverter is:

Input: 12 Vdc, 50A max
AC Output: 115 Vac, 60 Hz
400W 5 min max
320W continuous
DC Output: 5 Vdc / 2.1A
Neutral Floating

I connect this inverter straight to the battery and my skateboard charges fine with this. Our cigarette lighter tops out at 120W and can't charge my skateboard.

Is it safe to use this on the GS? What is the max that our alternator can handle? I should be good right?

Run a dedicated line since the inverter requires 50a for the fuse. That's way too much for a cigarette lighter.

Finally!!! Someone answered!!! Thank you!!!

I am running it directly from the battery using the clamps. Is it ok? Do I need to keep my engine running?

Yes keep the engine running. Is this a temp thing or permanent? If permanent then I would wire it in as if you are doing an amp/stereo install.

No, just temporary. My skateboard only need 1 hr to fully charge it. So I won't damage anything if I keep my engine running right?

you won't damage anything, reason keep the engine running so it will charge your battery or else will drain your battery.
