A physical difference is that the 2015s have the "F-SPORT" tag on the lower left corner of the trunk and on the sides forward of the front doors. 2013s and 2014s only have them on the sides.
I believe there was a major firmware update for the radio/nav for the 2015, but specifics escape me. I know that the traffic data is through the HD radio (making it free), instead of through the Satellite Radio subscription (costs money).

Major changes from '13 to '14:
1. 8-speed transmission (w/ 1 MPG bump in highway fuel economy)
2. Flush sensors for intuitive park assist
From '14 to '15:
1. New firmware for infotainment system
2. Free traffic + weather via HD radio
3. More apps in Lexus Enform
4. 18" wheels standard on base GS
