Car Flipped Out!

Have you tried to jump it? I am not reading anything that sounds alarming at this point. It all sounds like a discharged battery.
These OEM Lexus batteries aren't as solid as they once were, IMHO, and a car that sits for over a month and is only started for minutes at a time (to move within the shop, etc.) is a prime candidate for a dead battery. The systems draw power, and there's not much opportunity for the alternator to recharge.
LS with low charge goes crazy, just as your GS seems to be.

I dont think its a huge issue on the car itself, like everyone else has suggested just maybe the battery after being in the shop for so long.
Maybe buy a new battery and all headaches are gone?

Lmao
Sounds like the problem I had when my car randomly wouldn't start. Battery was fine I just kept at it until it started. Did you throw any codes say like Crankshaft Position "A" codes? That's what I was throwing. Dealer couldn't figure it out.

I just had my car not start after sitting for about 36 hours. I took it to the dealer and one of the control units (don't remember the name but it's the one that controls things when your car is off like the alarm) had a parasitic load. It's not a TSB but it's a known issue. They're ordering a replacement unit for me so I have a loaner for a week while I wait for the part. If you guys are still having the problem I can post up the part number when I get my car back later this week.
