Rattles

I have a slight "tick" or rattle coming from the passenger side pillar too. It was the grab handle. I pressed hard on it while going over bumps and the sound is gone. Thought it was from the seatbelt adjuster, but its not. The dash makes a ticking sound going over bumps, but i think thats normal for a sporty suspension.

I wondered if my rattle originated from the B pillar or the shoulder belt anchor. Right now, it seems to abate when I grab the empty passenger seat and hold it quite tight. Which BTW is a rather unsafe maneuver in the car, The empty seat vibrates quite a bit over bumps, so I think that is the culprit.

I was able to find the source of the rattle to my empty passenger seat problem. It is the side to side vibration of the backrest against the buckle of the seatbelt. Not sure there is a way buffer the backrest vibration, but maybe there is padded cover for the buckle?

i have been hearing a ticking noise coming from my cup holder area, I suspect it to be the plastic trim along the edge of the cup holders that meets the plastic trim that goes into the stick shift area. But I have not been able to figure out a solution or even confirm if this is where its from, but it sure does annoy the hell out of me.

You could try some silicone di-electric grease on the weatherstrip and see if that helps. It helped reduce some wind noise on a car I had. BTW it is made for weatherstrip.
